To achieve the automation process of Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) campus, this project is designed to automate the application procedure for jobs at JUST. To automate the job application process at JUST the following specific tasks are to be performed

• Online job advertisement and opening
• Applicants’ online profile
• Receiving application fee online (options for credit cards, mobile banking and online banking)
• Creating the comparative studies (CS) of the applicants’ credentials.
• To automate the process of application submission, sending the applications to the departments/sections, sending the planning back to the registrar, sending the CS and applications to the expert member.
• Online Fund requisition
