২৩/১১/২০২৪ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত ফাইনাল এ প্রতিপক্ষ এআইএস, পিএসএস এবং সিডিএম বিভাগের সম্মিলিত দলকে হারিয়ে চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয় সিএসই বিভাগ। গ্রুপ পর্বে যথাক্রমে ইএসটি, ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং বিএমই ও আইপিই বিভাগের যৌথ টিমকে বিতর্কের মঞ্চে যুক্তির তর্কে হারিয়ে ফাইনালে উঠে সিএসই বিভাগ। ফাইনালেও একই ধারা বজায় রাখেন সিএসই বিভাগের তিন ফাইনালিস্ট বিতার্কিক মুশফিকুর রহমান নেহাল, মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান এবং মোঃ আবরার ইয়াসির ।  

২৫/১১/২৪ তারিখ অনুষ্ঠিত অন্তঃবিশ্ববিদ্যালয় সাংস্কৃতিক প্রতিযোগিতা ২০২৪-এর পুরস্কার বিতরণী ও সম্মাননা প্রদান অনুষ্ঠানে বিজয়ী দল কে পুরস্কার প্রদান করেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. মোঃ আব্দুল মজিদ।

এই অর্জনের মাধ্যমে প্রথমবারের মতো আয়োজিত আন্তঃবিভাগ বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতার ইংরেজি সেগমেন্ট এ বিজয়ী হয়ে আবারো নিজেদের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব প্রমাণ করলো সিএসই বিভাগ।

(CSE department won the debate championship on November 23, 2024, after defeating the opponent team (combined) from AIS, PESS and CDM. In the group phase, the CSE team defeated the EST team, the Management team and the combined team of BME and IPE. The CSE team, consisting of Mushfiqur Rahman Nehal, Mostafizur Rahman, and Md. Abrar Yasir, proved victorious in both the group stage and the final.

The Honourable Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Majid, awarded the prizes to the winning teams at the prize distribution and honouring ceremony of the 2024 Inter-University Cultural Competition held on 25/11/24.

Through this achievement, the CSE department once again proved its excellence by winning the English segment of the inter-departmental debate competition, which was held for the first time.)
